Estate Sales

We have over ten years experience organizing, marketing and operating on-site estate sales. While many of our sales have taken place in Westchester County, New York and Fairfield, County Connecticut, we have held estate sales at properties throughout metropolitan New York, the Hamptons, Connecticut, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Florida.

Due to our additional West Palm Beach, Florida and Kennebunkport, Maine bases we are available to operate estate sales in those surrounding areas as well as have the ability to transport items / entire collections back to New York to be auctioned.

Our on-site estate sales can be held within your home, in an outbuilding, or throughout an entire large scale property. Our team will research, price, photograph and organize your items to market ahead of us holding a two to four day onsite estate sale.

Estate sales are available to those selling the full contents of a home and can include the contents of additional outbuildings on a property. Estate sales are available to clients with a large enough quantity and variety of items we feel meet or exceed a certain total value. Estate sales can be followed up with an auction of remaining items and a cleanout of the property the sale was held at if needed. Please contact us for an evaluation and proposal.

Our estate sale rates are competitive and our additional accompanying services can include fair market estate evaluations, full cleanouts of homes and out buildings as well as staging for real estate photography and showings.
