Cleanouts

Whether accompanying an auction, an estate sale or as a stand alone service we offer cleanout services of homes, apartments, condos, storage units and outbuildings for estates, individuals, real estate agents and management companies. This service is billed either hourly or on a per project basis.

This service can include a dumpster, organizing and overseeing pickups or drop offs for donation, overseeing the packing and moving of personal property and antiques being kept and cleaning services.

It can follow an auction pickup, the operation of an estate sale, the buyout of an entire household or home staging services but it is also offered as a stand alone service if needed.

We have strong relationships with many donation organizations and can facilitate the donation of many furniture and household items not suitable for resale. We can also provide receipts / evaluations for tax deductions.
